Menikmati kehidupan yang bahagia adalah salah keinginan kitasebagai manusia. Nah, untuk mencapai kenikmatan yang diinginkan terdapat proses yang tidak dapat tergantikan denganbarang apapun. Dari pelajar sampai pekerja pun memerlukanusaha yang penuh untuk mencapai target yang diinginkan. Namun, apabila kita terus mengejar target yang kita mau tanpajeda pada diri sendiri, akan menumbuhkan toxic productifitypada diri kita.

Pendapat saya tentang toxic productifity, kita hidup di zaman modern yang tidak lepas dengan adanya aplikasi digital. Salah satunya adalah media sosial, dimana disana ada banyak orang yang sharing terkait keberhasilan yang sudah mereka raih. Mungkin dari sana ada beberapa orang yang salah mengartikanmakna sharing tersebut menjadi patokan kepada diri sendiriuntuk terus mengejar target yang diinginkan dan saat beristirahatsejenak, akan timbul rasa bersalah pada diri sendiri karena telahmembuang waktu yang ada. Hal terbeut menurut saya sudahmemasuki ranah toxic productifity. Jadi, kita harus menyadaribahwa start dan finish setiap orang itu berbeda.

Dampak yang ditimbulkan dari toxic productifity adalah akanmerasa capek dengan diri sendiri. Orang yang sudah terjerumusdalam toxic productifity akan berperang dengan dirinya sendiriuntuk menjadi seperti orang lain. 

Cara agar tidak semakin terjerumus dalam toxic productifity :

Pertama, harus menyadari bahwa sedang berada di toxic productifity, harus berdamai dengan diri sendiri. Kedua, membuat target-target yang realistis dan prioritas agar tidakmonoton dan bosan, dengan mengerjakan tugas atau pekerjaansesuai dengan takaran waktu yang telah di tentukan. Ketiga, harus mengetahui kapan harus memulai dan beristirahat. Apapunpekerjaan yang dikerjakan, jangan pernah memaksakan tubuhuntuk terus bekerja. Berikan nutrisi yang cukup utnuk tubuh danistirahat agar tubuh dan pikiran kembali segar dan siapmelanjutkan pekerjaan. Keempat, berani bilang “tidak” dengantawaran yang tidak terlalu dibutuhkan. Jika kita memaksakantubuh untuk terus bekerja, maka akan timbul lelah dan stress.
