SUMAPEDIA.COM, JAKARTA – Sekretaris Jenderal Majelis Ulama Indonesia (MUI) Buya Amirsyah Tambunan membenarkan adanya penembakan brutal di kantor Majelis Ulama Indonesia (MUI) Menteng Jakarta Pusat pada (2/5/2023).

Dia melanjutkan, bahwa tamu tersebut ingin bertemu dengan ketua MUI. Namun tamu tersebut diberikan sejumlah pertanyaan oleh petugas keamanan maksud kedatangan tamu itu.

“Iya ada seorang tamu yang tidak dikenal kemudian dia mau ketemu ketua MUI di tanyai oleh security,”kata Amirsyah, Senin (2/5/2023).

Lantas tamu tersebut menembakkan peluru karet ke pintu kaca karena kesal tak dapat bertemu pimpinan MUI pusat.

“Kemudian dia emosi dan tembak pintu kaca kemudian ada yang terkena peluru karet nya security kita,”ujar dia.

Sementara itu, pelaku sudah diamankan. Dan korban satu orang security telah dilarikan ke rumah sakit. “Sudah dilarikan ke rumah sakit,”katanya.

Terakhir dia meminta agar pihak kepolisian mengusut tuntas kejadian penembakan tersebut. Terlebih motif dari pelaku itu.

“Kita mengapresiasi pihak kepolisian yang cepat bertindak sudah diringkus orangnya. Kita minta diusut tuntas apa motif-motif nya,”tutupnya.
