7 Tuntutan Buruh dalam Aksi Hari Buruh atau May Day Hari Ini: Cabut UU Ciptaker

SUMAPEDIA.COM, Jakarta – Presiden Partai Buruh, Said Iqbal, mengungkapkan ada tujuh tuntutan yang disampaikan pihaknya dalam peringatan aksi Hari Buruh atau May Day pada Senin (1/5/2023), hari ini.

Hal ini disampaikan Said Iqbal dalam konferensi pers secara daring pada Sabtu (29/4/2023).

“Ada tujuh isu yang akan diangkat dalam May Day 1 Meri 2023,” ungkapnya.

Satu dari tujuh tuntutan yang akan disampaikan di antaranya adalah mencabut aturan Omnibus Law Cipta Kerja.

Berikut ini tujuh tuntutan yang disampaikan Partai Buruh dalam aksi Hari Buruh atau May Day hari ini:

1. Menuntut pencabutan aturan Omnibus Law Cipta Kerja;

2. Mencabut Parliamentary Threshold empat persen dan Presidential Threshold 20 persen;

3. Menuntut pengesahan RUU Perlindungan Pekerja Rumah Tangga (PRT);

4. Menolak RUU Kesehatan;

5. Menuntut reforma agraria dan kedaulatan pangan;

6. Meminta masyarakat memilih capres yang pro buruh dan kelas pekerja;

7. Penghapusan outsourcing dan tolak upah murah.

Said Iqbal mengatakan aksi Hari Buruh di Jakarta akan berlangsung di Istana Kepresidenan dan Mahkamah Konstitusi (MK) sejak pukul 09.30-12.00 WIB.

Setelahnya, massa yang diperkirakan berjumlah 50 ribu orang akan diarahkan ke Istora Senayan untuk melakukan May Day Viesta.

“Untuk di Jakarta, massa buruh ada 50.000 orang. Pukul 09.30 WIB sampai dengan 12.30 WIB aksi May Day di Istana dan Gedung MK,” ujar Said Iqbal.

“Di Istora senanyan akan dilakukan May Day Viesta. Akan dilakukan dari jam 13.00 WIB sampai dengan 17.00 WIB.”

“May Day Viesta akan diisi pidato dan orasi dari pimpinan buruh,” imbuhnya.
