“BEM FISIP Unair siap melakukan pengawalan terhadap PKL Srikana selaku korban penggusuran Pemkot Surabaya,” ungkap Aulia Thaariq Akbar selaku Presiden BEM FISIP Unair di Surabaya, Senin (6/3).
Dikatakan Atha, panggilan akrab Aulia Thaariq Akbar bahwa pada hari Sabtu (4/3) pagi, PKL Srikana telah digusur oleh Satpol PP. Namun pihaknya ingin memastikan Pemkot Surabaya melalui Camat Gubeng memenuhi janjinya kepada PKL terkait kompensasi dan prioritas penempatan.
“Menurut info yang kami terima saat audiensi pada Jumat lalu, Camat Gubeng menjanjikan bahwa akan ada kompensasi berupa sembako yang diberikan sebagai ganti rugi karena PKL tidak dapat berjualan untuk sementara waktu. Lalu yang kedua diberikan janji terkait prioritas penempatan, PKL yang telah berjualan disini akan mendapatkan prioritas,” tambah Atha menegaskan kembali posisi BEM FISIP Unair dalam penggusuran PKL Srikana.
Atha juga mengungkapkan kekecewaannya dengan pihak Pemkot Surabaya yang diwakili oleh Camat Gubeng, Eko Kurniawan karena pihak Pemkot Surabaya tidak memiliki komitmen terhadap pemenuhan janji tersebut. Hal tersebut dapat dilihat dari keengganan Camat Gubeng untuk menandatangani nota komitmen pemenuhan janji terhadap PKL Srikana yang menjadi korban penggusuran.
Selain itu, berdasarkan aplikasi Sistem Informasi Rencana Umum Pengadaan atau SIRUP LKPP RI, tercatat bahwa Kecamatan Gubeng tidak memiliki pagu ataupun proyek terkait pembuatan sentra kuliner di JL. Srikana.
“Dalam SIRUP LKPP RI, disana jelas tercatat bahwa tidak ditemukan proyek ataupun pagu terkait pembuatan sentra kuliner di JL. Srikana. Hal tersebut yang mengundang kecurigaan dari pihak BEM FISIP Unair, sehingga perlu adanya pengawalan komitmen Pemkot Surabaya terkait pemenuhan janjinya terhadap PKL Srikana,” tambah Atha.
Atha mengatakan pihaknya juga kecewa terhadap cara Pemkot Surabaya dalam forum audiensi yang diinisiasi oleh pihak mahasiswa. Menurutnya, pihak Pemkot Surabaya yang diwakili oleh Camat Gubeng, Eko Kurniawan bertindak arogan dengan melontarkan umpatan terhadap pihak mahasiswa.
Padahal dalam forum audiensi tersebut, pihak mahasiswa yang diwakili oleh Atha selaku Presiden BEM FISIP Unair hanya mempertanyakan terkait kepastian waktu penggusuran, kejelasan legalitas, dan janji-janji yang dipaparkan selama sosialisasi pada Rabu (1/3). Selain mendapatkan tindakan arogan berupa umpatan dari Camat Gubeng, Eko Kurniawan, pihak mahasiswa juga diusir dari lokasi audiensi karena dianggap bersifat provokatif.
Menurut Atha, BEM FISIP Unair dan elemen lain yang tergabung dalam Aliansi Rakyat Srikana akan senantiasa melakukan pengawalan terhadap PKL Srikana agar hak dan apa yang dijanjikan oleh Pemkot Surabaya bisa terpenuhi.
