5 Transisi Kehidupan itu seperti apa ya?

Remaja adalah usia seseorang setelah fase anak-anak dan sebelum dewasa. Usia remaja ini adalah usia labil, usia penentu, dan usia aktif. Di usia remaja ini kita pasti terpancing untuk melakukan berbagai hal yang belum kita ketahui sebelumnya. Ya, rasa ingin tahu yang tinggi. Untuk menghadapi usia remaja ini, kita perlu menyiapkan berbagai hal untuk menunjang kehidupan masa depan kita. Ada 5 transisi remaja awal sampai remaja pra dewasa. Apabila 5 transisi ini dilakukan dengan optimal, maka akan menghasilkan hasil akhir yang membahagiakan.

1. Melakukan Pola Hidup Bersih dan Sehat

Hidup bersih dan sehat harusnya dilakukan oleh para remaja. Karena di usianya yang sudah mengerti tentang kebersihan dan
kesehatan, hendaknya selalu menerapkan dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. PHBS ini jika tidak dilakukan dengan baik, akan bedampak buruk pada transisi selanjutnya, jika dilakukan dengan baik, di transisi
selanjutnya juga akan berdampak baik.

2. Melanjutkan Pendidikan

Pendidikan adalah kebutuhan dasar intelektual pada manusia. Untuk mendapat kualitas SDM yang bermutu, maka tingkat pendidikan juga harus sesuai. Di Indonesia sekarang harus wajib sekolah minimal SMA/ sederajat, untuk mendapat jaminan yang lebih besar dalam melanjutkan di dunia pekerjaan nanti.

3. Mencari Pekerjaan

Manusia dalam hidupnya pasti mempunyai keinginan dan kebutuhan, kebutuhan ini akan dipenuhi dengan aktifitas ekonomi, pemenuhan ekonomi akan dianggap kompleks jika sudah berkeluarga. Oleh karenanya menyiapkan jenjang karir sebelum berkeluarga sangatlah penting. Dan salah satu syarat umum dalam membangun dunia karir adalah ketika jenjang pendidikannya terpenuhi.

4. Kembali ke Masyarakat

Saat setelah masuk dalam dunia kerja, maka kehidupan bersosial masyarakat sudah terjadi. Dalam hal ini peran remaja berkualitas akan menjadi bintang masyarakat dan bukan sampah masyarakat. Jika jenjang karir sudah terpenuhi, maka dalam masyarakat juga akan berdampak baik, dan tidak merugikan orang lain.

5. Memulai Kehidupan Berkeluarga

Transisi finalnya adalah memulai kehidupan berkeluarga, karena esensinya mengoptimalkan transisi kehidupan ini adalah untuk tercapainya kehidupan berkeluarga, bermasyarakat yang bahagia dan sejahtera. Jika empat transisi sebelumnyua sudah terpenuhi dan dilewati dengan baik, maka selanjutnya adalah menikah sebagai fitrahnya manusia, dan menjadi keluarga kecil, bahagia, dan sejahtera.

Nah itu dia 5 transisi kehidupan remaja, untuk tercapainya keluarga kecil, bahagia, dan sejahtera. Tentu, untuk melewati 5 transisi ini dibutuhkan komitmen yang kuat dari remaja Indonesia. Pemerintah berharap, remaja sebagai tonggak kemajuan bangsa di masa depan dapat menjadi generasi yang berkualitas agar Indonesia mampu menjadi negara yang maju dalam menyongsong Indonesia emas di tahun 2045. Tentu tidak mustahil jika remaja yang berperilaku jauh dari kenakalan remaja, akan membawa kesejahteraan bagi Indonesia.
